End User Security Awareness (EUSA) ⫘
Service Overview ⫘
This training teaches fundamental security awareness training to your end users. This training enables your end users to incorporate a security mindset into their daily activities so they may identify and appropriately escalate events.
Service Methodology ⫘
Secureworks will deliver the training to your end users to improve your security posture. Topics may include the following:
- Each employee’s role in securing your organization
- Common security threats
- Historical failures relating to end user security
- Escalation processes for your organization
The training will be delivered through teleconference in a lecture format and includes a question-and-answer session. Tailoring of the educational material will be limited to describing escalation processes within your organization. To demonstrate knowledge retention and assist with audit requirements, participants will attempt a 10-question multiple choice test with results presented to your stakeholders.
Total delivery time for the aforementioned methodology is 90 minutes, with up to 20 participants in each session.
Outcome ⫘
Participants will receive a certificate of completion stating two hours of continuing education have been performed and may be leveraged for certification renewal requirements. Participants are expected to have improved security awareness skills that include proper escalation paths to enable end users to escalate an event.
