Access XDR and Manage Users

Access the Application

An invitation was sent to you from taegis@secureworks.com to activate your XDR account. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the account setup.

Tip

Didn’t receive the email, or can’t open the link?

  • Check your email filters.
  • Ensure taegis@secureworks.com and support@scwx.zendesk.com are safe-listed to receive communications from our support teams.
  • Contact your Onboarding Specialist or Customer Success Manager if you did not receive the message or if your link expires.

Manage Users and Roles

Give your team members access to XDR by entering each user's email address and appropriate role; the User Roles page below outlines the permissions of each role.
