Attend XDR Orientation Webinar ⫘
Once you’ve met the requirements to enter steady state, work with your Orientation Specialist/Customer Success Manager to sign up for an Orientation Webinar lead by one of our Threat Engagement Managers. This is the last requirement to enter Steady State and enable monitoring by our team of analysts.
These webinars are conducted via Microsoft Teams Live and are offered three times per week:
- Tuesdays from 1 PM to 3 PM Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5)
- Wednesdays from 5 AM to 7 AM Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5)
- Thursdays from 9 AM to 11 AM Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5)

Australian customers, please contact your Customer Success Manager to arrange an alternate orientation call.
At the conclusion of the orientation call, you are ready to enter Steady State. Your Customer Success Manager will confirm when your data is being proactively reviewed by our team of analysts.
