Commencement Call

Shape your Taegis™ VDR implementation strategy during the commencement call. Refer to the email from your Onboarding Specialist/Customer Success Manager to schedule the Commencement Call. During this call you can expect to:

  • Confirm network details and integrations learned during the sales cycle.
  • Review onboarding engagement and milestones.
  • Review specific requirements and establish timeline to finalize setup.
  • Conduct a high-level overview of the VDR tool and the onboarding activities.

Use the information gained during your Commencement Call to plan your internal integration strategy, including deploying Edge Services (ES) VMs, scheduling Auto-Discovery and Asset Scans.
