Secureworks will help you develop incident response (IR) plan materials at both a strategic and a tactical level. Strategically, we will help you with IR plan development, security policy integration, capability development, and governance. Tactically, we will help you define IR workflows, roles and responsibilities, and detection and response processes specific to your organization.
Service Methodology ⫘
Secureworks will request documentation that supports the effort to understand your current security posture and practices to draft IR materials tailored to your organization. We request documentation such as process diagrams, policies, procedures, guidelines, and any other information necessary to help Secureworks to understand your current practices and regulatory requirements.
As deemed necessary, facilitated workshops and interviews may also be conducted with your key stakeholders to rapidly gather a deeper understanding of overall requirements, critical business requirements, and existing response capabilities. We anticipate that your Engagement point of contact will provide the requested information and access to key stakeholders as quickly as possible once the Engagement begins.
Purchasing options for Incident Response Plan Development are as follows: small, medium, and large. Scope is determined prior to the Engagement based on your organization's size.
