The Incident Response Plan Review is a detailed review of your existing incident response (IR) posture and focuses on analysis of your current IR capabilities, processes, and practices.

In assessing your environment, and relevant standards and regulatory requirements, Secureworks will apply its expertise and breadth of experience to evaluate IR capabilities and provide prioritized recommendations for improving IR practices.

Service Methodology ⫘

Secureworks will request documentation that supports the effort to understand your current IR plan. The documentation requested may consist of items such as process diagrams, policies, procedures, guidelines, checklists, playbooks and any other pertinent information to help Secureworks understand your current practices and regulatory requirements.

As deemed necessary, facilitated workshops and interviews may also be conducted with your key stakeholders to rapidly gather a deeper understanding of overall requirements, critical business requirements, and existing response capabilities.

During the scoping process, Secureworks will recommend an appropriate scope of work based on the complexity and volume of your documentation.

Outcome ⫘

At the close of the Engagement, you will receive a risk-prioritized Findings and Recommendations Report to improve your IR plan and practices.
