Manage Subscriptions

tenant settings support

The Subscriptions page displays information about premium services to which your organization is subscribed, such as Proactive Response Actions and Elite Threat Hunting.

To view your subscriptions:

1. From the Secureworks® Taegis™ XDR left-hand side navigation, select Tenant Settings → Subscriptions.
2. The Manage Subscriptions page appears.

If you are a Secureworks® Taegis™ ManagedXDR customer, the telephone number for Security and Product Support is listed above the Subscriptions panel. Have your Support PIN ready in order to authenticate.
