Taegis Endpoint Agent Support for New Major Updates to Operating Systems ⫘
The Taegis™ XDR Endpoint Agent Engineering team leverages operating system vendor beta builds to test for new major version releases of supported operating systems. This includes our testing coverage for Windows, macOS, and Linux platform supported operating systems. Because new operating system builds change between beta and the official generally available release, the Engineering team will validate the Taegis Agent on the official generally available release of the new operating system major version. Secureworks requires 30 days after the generally available public release to verify that the Taegis Agent operates as expected. If conflicts or bugs are discovered during testing, Secureworks reserves the right to adjust the 30 day support timeline and will announce an adjusted timeline for the support of the new operating system major version. In cases containing significant operating system changes that impact the Taegis Agent behavior and causes support to take longer than 30 days to achieve, Secureworks will provide workarounds and/or notifications in areas where service may be limited.
Secureworks reserves the right to change our policy without notice.
