Taegis Roadmap

The Secureworks® Taegis™ Roadmap provides visibility into new features and capabilities that are Being Considered, In Progress, and Recently Released in Taegis. The Roadmap views are organized using Portal Cards and are grouped into different themes. You can vote on the existing Portal Cards or submit your own ideas. Our product team reviews all votes along with the importance to assist with prioritization and validation of features and capabilities. New ideas are also reviewed and assessed for potential inclusion in a future release. Once you have voted or submitted a new idea, you will receive email notifications on future updates so you can keep up to date on the features you are interested in.

Accessing the Roadmap

Vote on Portal Cards ⫘

The product team creates Portal Cards as new features are Being Considered or for In Progress features. You can vote on these Portal Cards, which is used to gauge interest and importance to assist with the prioritization process. Once you vote on an issue you will get an email notification on future updates related to the feature.

• Click on the Portal Card.
• Choose how important it is to you.
• Fill out why you need this or any context that helps us make the product better for you. The more detail the better.
• Add your e-mail address.
• Click Submit.

Vote for an Existing Idea

Submit a New Idea ⫘

If you do not see a Portal Card with the feature you are interested in you can submit a new idea. The product team will review your idea and either create a new feature or associate it to a previously submitted idea. Once you submit an idea you will receive email notifications on future updates for that feature.

• Click the Submit idea button.
• Choose how important it is to you.
• Fill out what you would like to be able to do in as much detail as possible.
• Add your e-mail address.
• Click Submit.
