Approximately 30 days after Steady State monitoring begins, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will schedule the Initial Baseline Review. This will also be attended by the designated Threat Hunter for ManagedXDR Elite customers. The Initial Baseline Review agenda may include:

• Defining shared program goals and plans
• Examining your IT environment, including notable alerts and investigations
• Identifying strategic recommendations to improve your overall security posture

After the Initial Baseline Review, a Quarterly Update will be conducted each quarter to continuously strengthen your program.
