If you are experiencing errors, unexpected results, or platform connectivity issues, please contact Taegis™ VDR Product Support. The support team is available 9AM to 5pm ET.

Contact Support

Taegis™ VDR Support can be contacted directly from the console using the Chat or Email Us options available from the ? menu located in the upper-right corner of Taegis™ VDR.

You can also contact support by sending an email to vdr@secureworks.com.

Important

When contacting support, provide as many relevant details as possible to expedite resolution. Details should include asset IP, scan ID, screenshots, etc.
